The morning begins with yoga and breath work, before taking our awareness and breathing skills up to the ice and sauna. Cups of Bournemouth's finest (Bad Hand Coffee) are provided, along with a plant-based lunch.
This workshop's a great introduction to anyone interested in exploring the benefits of movement, cold water immersion, sauna, and generally looking to find more comfort in the body.
